Returns

We offer free returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days has passed since you have received your item (s), you will not be offered a refund and/or an exchange of any kind. Returns are issued via store credit. Please use the 'contact us' form on the website to start a return. 

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

When returning your item, please be mindful that your item could be possibly going to a new owner, so please return in the manor you'd like to receive it, such as;

• Your item must have no signs of wear, such as fake tan marks, deodorant stains, etc and in the same condition that you received it in

• No distinguishable smell such as sweat, odour, smoke or perfume

• If any tags, these must be attached to the item

• The item must be in original packaging 

We hold the right to reject any items which do not meet requirements. 

Faulty items:

If you believe you've received a faulty or damaged item, please pop your order number and some images to our team to fashionistaclothing1@outlook.com, or alternatively use the contact form on our website. We would be happy to review this right away and offer a resolution.

For faulty items we allow a refund upon inspection, within 30 days of delivery. Please do not attempt to abuse this policy as we have an accurate quality control team who inspect items prior to shipping.
