Returns

We offer returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days has passed since you have received your item (s), you will not be offered a refund and/or an exchange of any kind. Please use the 'contact us' form on the website to start a return. 

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipment fee's, we will process the return for free at our end.

Please ensure you use a tracked shipping method to ensure your return does not get lost, Fashionista are not responsible for returns lost in the post.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

When returning your item, please be mindful that your item could be possibly going to a new owner, so please return in the manor you'd like to receive it, such as;

• Your item must have no signs of wear, such as fake tan marks, deodorant stains, etc and in the same condition that you received it in

• No distinguishable smell such as sweat, odour, smoke or perfume

• If any tags, these must be attached to the item

• The item must be in original packaging 

We hold the right to reject any items which do not meet requirements. 

Faulty items:

If you believe you've received a faulty or damaged item, please pop your order number and some images to our team to fashionistaclothing1@outlook.com, or alternatively use the contact form on our website. We would be happy to review this right away and offer a resolution.

For faulty items we allow a refund upon inspection, within 30 days of delivery. Please do not attempt to abuse this policy as we have an accurate quality control team who inspect items prior to shipping.
